Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YR Tech Growth's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or engage with our company.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our digital marketing services. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Description

YR Tech Growth provides comprehensive digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
• Social Media Marketing
• AI Automation Solutions
• Shopify Development
• Website Design and Development
• Software Development

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.

3. Payment Terms

All services require payment as agreed upon in the service proposal or contract. Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment Schedule: Payments are due as specified in the service agreement, typically monthly for ongoing services or according to project milestones.
• Late Payments: Accounts not paid within 15 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
• Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not typically provided once work has commenced. Specific refund policies will be detailed in individual service agreements.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing clients.

4. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are allocated as follows:

• Client Content: All content, data, and materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.
• YR Tech Growth IP: Our methodologies, processes, software, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property.
• Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in the service agreement, excluding any third-party assets or our proprietary tools.
• Third-Party Content: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper licenses for any third-party content used in their projects.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Respond to requests for information, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in their industry and location
• Provide access to necessary accounts, systems, and data as required for service delivery
• Maintain the security of their accounts and systems

YR Tech Growth is not responsible for delays caused by client failure to meet these responsibilities.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information received from the other party. Confidential information includes business strategies, customer data, financial information, and any information marked as confidential.

This obligation of confidentiality survives termination of these Terms and continues for a period of three years after disclosure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YR Tech Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the six-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our services. We may suspend or terminate your services or these Terms at any time for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
