In the context of performance marketing, lead generation, and Meta Conversion API setups, the Client acts as the "Data Controller" and YR Tech Growth acts as the "Data Processor" under international data privacy standards.
All customer payload data processed through Meta Conversion API (CAPI) or Google Tag Manager server-side containers is SHA-256 hashed prior to transmission. No unencrypted plain-text customer lists are stored on public servers.
YR Tech Growth utilizes vetted sub-processors essential for service execution, including Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Google Ireland Ltd., Stape.io (Server-side GTM hosting), and Cloudflare CDN.
In the unlikely event of a confirmed data breach involving client customer data, YR Tech Growth will notify affected clients within 48 hours via email at yrtechgrowth@gmail.com.
